  Have you looked into logmein.com OR gotomypc.com?  I have logmein.com
and I've found it very reliable. It's never been down.

Without digressing too much - I dropped Comcast as my ISP based on those
reasons about eight months ago.  For whatever reason only they will
know,
they were down frequently in my area early in the morning 5-8am; which
was
the time I'd be doing work from home before going to the office.

Went with AT&T DSL.  Paying less for it too.  Low end package promising
384k
downloads but running speed tests its almost a T3.

I've run a Denver Bronco football on a Prophet system via a DSL from
home
in the past.  The DSL was fine, but PC Anywhere wasn't.  I was always
fearful of losing my PC Anywhere connection coming up on a spot break.
It
happened sometimes.

I'd just hate for an FCC inspection and the whole thing going ti*s up
right
then...
