I doubt it.  Why would anyone pay $7/mo for the exact same thing they can
get for free now?  Keep in mind that in order to attract enough
advertising dollars to make it pay, these channels will have to be
mainstream...if eclectic programming paid the bills terrestrial radio
would be doing it already.
