It is easy. First comes the multi system radio with heavy incentives to
switch. Then come the thinning of both services which will hopefully
eliminate those horribly programmed XM music channels which should also
be about the time Abrams is shown the door if he has not left before
then. Then comes a gradual technical alignment to a single system. That
is, of course, if Mel hasn't morphed the whole thing into something
totally different than what we see now.
