[BC] Re:1 5/8 foam coax

WCEO(nee WCTG) used 1 & 5/8"  foam from xmtr to phasor from sign-on (1992?)
until I put in an XL-60 in 2004, using 2 & 1/4" foam. It survived many
disasters that blew up connectors and splices in the field, like when the
ground system was stolen or when the main tower ATU fell off the posts, as
well as the odd times that I had a whole set of hot tubes and could achieve
~supermodulation (not an easy thing to do with a 317B)
