Indeed, yet another prediction that has come to light.  Although I 
fully expected it to be XM doing the takeover never sirius.

I agree and I have both services.  The question is that since this would
be in essence a take over of XM by Sirius and Mel is the top dog, where
will the tech loyalty go?  It might go the XM way only because their
base operation costs are less and Mel likes that kind of stuff. I see
multi format receivers as the first step.  Funny our group discussed
