Perhaps... eliminate the duplicated channels (must be quaite a few) and reuse 
that bandwidth to up the data rates for the existing/remaining channels. Even 
if they give the existing channels a 25% thruput boost, they'd still have 
plenty of bandwidth to add dozens more new & unique channels.
