Reading through the lines ...
KRVN has a 4-tower array with Tower #3 running about 30.4 kW, which is
within the capabilities of the line. (The three other towers have
dramatically lower power going into them).
However, KRVN also operates ND-D, with 50 kW into a 97 degree tower,
which exceeds the capability of the line, and, indeed, requires 3" line
for 50 kW.
My guess is he was seeking opinions as to the temporary use of the DA-N
line for ND-D at 50 kW, while the original ND-D line could be repaired or
replaced.
In which case my advice would be to file for an STA seeking 30 kW ND-D,
while retaining 50 kW DA-N, for however long it takes to effect the
necessary repairs.
