I happen to have prints for WKBW's phasor system, which was rebuilt in
the '70s when Peter Burk was CE.  It shows 3" air line to the center
tower and 1-5/8" air to the two end towers, but this makes sense
considering they each get half the base current of the center.

CapCities owned KB at that time (back when it was a cash cow) so I'm
sure they spent the money to do things right.
