The impedance plot looks great. The array is perfect. The Non-D tower is
simply fed with 1 5/8 foam line, which will lilely flash over if they crank up
the modulation.

I doubt it is the line....   How does the impedance plot on a Smith 
Chart?  Are the sidebands up or down?  They need to be up for louder 
modulation.
