[BC] HD Exciter issues

         In addition to the software issues, the Flexstar exciter had 
a setting "SYNC TO:AUTO". Auto was the factory configuration on at 
least one exciter. One of the other options is "EXPORTER" and that is 
the one that should be selected. the AUTO option has been eliminated 
on later software versions.
