[BC] Monitoring IBUZ Secondaries - NOT

It would seem to me that if it is worth putting on at all, it should be
something people would want to stay listening to if and when they find it.
The attitude is that is a low priority is just faulty. If it is isn't worth
monitoring it to be sure it is there, then don't do it at all. Just turn it
off. As far as monitoring is concerned, get a couple RDL modules (they make
a nice silence sensing one) and hook it up to an alarm of some kind. If you
need to monitor a digital stream, one of their D/A converters fed into the
silence sense would do it. Cheap, easy, effective. You can even hook it up
to a status on the remote control if you want to. Monitor the last point
possible before it goes off to the TX. It will find any loss of audio not
caused by a transmitter failure. And chances are, the transmitter is being
monitored already.
