I like the idea -- after all, who would be better suited to monitor
HD-2 reception than a "receptionist" --  but there are at least two
reasons why this is impractical:

1)  Monitor receivers weren't included in the HD project budget; the
equipment purchase can't be authorized until the next CapEx cycle
comes around.

2)  A rooftop antenna would need to be connected to the receptionist's
receiver, otherwise no HD-2 will be heard.   The "cluster engineer" is
already working 80 hours/week and just doesn't have time to pull coax
all the way from the back room to the front desk.
