[BC] Power handling of 1 5/8 foam coax.

I a word NO!!!  3" all the way....

I have an e-mail from Ron Rackley which he advises 1-5/8" to something less 
than 30KW.

There's a reason the manufacturers put 3" flanges on those transmitters....
