[BC] Stripping too for Belden Data and Media twist

For years I have used Belden Data Twist and Media Twist for wiring lots of 
stuff besides the usual network stuff.

It has always been a pain to unbond and untwist the wires.  No more.  Use 
the Belden Cable Tool 1797B.
Cost around ten bucks.

My engineers will, I hope no longer curse my name when they use this type of 
Cat 5/6 cabe.
