Broadcast Tools makes a box for that. I think now there is somebody else
with something similar, but I can't remember who at the moment. The problem
with most of the small mixers is that you tie up two faders for stereo. I
used to use a lot of Tascam M-3's and M-35's and they had "mickey knobs" to
tie the fader knobs together. Yeah, Mickey Mouse. ISTM that Allen&Heath
and Soundcraft, and maybe some others, have small mixers with stereo
inputs. Take a look at those. Or if you want to spend just a little more,
check out the Axel Technologies Oxygen 3, and you won't need an outboard box
to do the muting, etc. Another thing about the typical small mixer is that
all the input and output connectors are on top, and that to me is just plain
ugly.
