I've never had any issues with Armstrong as a company - they even
shipped 'oddball' repair parts (free!!) when it wasn't even their problem.

Plus, I've found Ernie, Sinan and Jerry to be extremely accessible and
nice guys to boot!

Not to put down anybody else's experience (stuff can happen).
