[BC] Looking for station history..WINF 1250 Winnsboro, SC

I wasnt aware 1250's call letters werent always WINF, but I figure WCKM is
what it started as.

Im trying to find a conenction as to how WABV ended up with WINF"s carts,
including several legal id's, show promos and commercials
