[BC] Starlink Interleaver adjustment

I understand now......how about this.
On the NMS card there is a 26 pin high density connector. Pin 10 gives a
linear voltage output verses signal.
Why can't you use this to set up a comparator to trip when the Starlink signal
level goes down to the point you are getting errors but the alarm has not
tripped?
