Great. This is a relationship business. Glad you've found a kindred soul.

The proper term is "high horse" and the term hate is a little
excessive. Hate assumes you'd wish someone harm. Wikipedia defines
hatred as "an emotion of intense revulsion, distaste, enmity, or
antipathy for a person, thing, or phenomenon, generally attributed to
a desire to avoid, restrict, remove, or destroy the hated object."
That's an awful lot of energy to expend on someone you've never met.
I don't want to remove Kent. I want him to stay right where he is.
He's fun to play with.
>I know he's working quite hard every day, just like me.. Thannnkkk youuuu...
You're welcome, I guess, though I'd like you to show me where I
questioned how hard either of you works. In this case we're talking
about a philosophy of taking our product and our industry seriously
enough that we don't condone sloppy operation that drives our
customers away. We've added IBUZ to the equation and, as dumb as the
promotion is, it's trying to sell receivers. Those sales depend on
demonstrating the awesomeness of the secondaries. As the head guy
mentioned, stations need to be sure they're operating all the time.
If a customer heard what I heard this morning they'd shut the radio
off and buy an iPod. If IBUZ is going to work it needs the same
precision operation you'd demand on your analog signal.
Unfortunately, we're seeing almost every IBUZ receiver returned.
Tweeter here tells me 100% of their receivers have been returned.
There's another post here that says Radio Shack has a 100% return
rate, as well because the consumer believes the radios are deaf. The
Tweeter store here now only stocks the $600 Polk unit because Polk
spiffs the salespeople. The Radio Shack guy says they've sold three
units and all have been returned. It appears the only people who keep
their radios are radio people willing to install elaborate outdoor
antennas on a table radio. I can't imagine an ordinary listener doing
that. With the supplied antennas my Accurian is deaf.
I wish you great luck with the station and many pleasant chats with Kent.
