[BC] Verizon Business Rep

[Kirk Harnack]

Some time back, a gentleman who worked for Verizon as a business
accounts rep, offered on the list to assist with Verizon Wireless
accounts.  He sympathized with many of our poor experiences with
Verizon Wireless and claimed that he could offer pain free customer
service to those of us in the broadcast industry.

Can't find that thread through a search.  Does anyone have his name
and contact info?
