[BC] A reminder to those on AOL

Here is a friendly reminder to anybody (still) using AOL for email.

Please refrain from clicking on "this is spam" on BC posts.  If you 
don't want email from the list anymore, unsubscribe.

There are a couple of you that appear to be routinely clicking on "this 
is spam" to all of the posts you receive.  That's the wrong method of 
attack if you'd prefer not to receive email from the list.

All you're doing is creating administrative alerts to AOL and the list 
administrators, but since AOL does not provide any further information, 
it's impossible for us to take any action on your behalf.

To repeat: don't click on "this is spam".  Just unsubscribe from the list.
