[BC] Rising Ratings and Higher Costs for WJIB

The delisting just applies to the public release of 12+ figures -
which to this point, do not include non-commercial stations anyway.

Those who pay for the data see everything - "delisted" or otherwise;
and with Maximizer software, the non-comms too!
