I looked too and there's nothing about language under 73.1201 ...

I do recall something from the Commission years ago...perhaps in the 70s...a
policy bulletin that said something about legal IDs should be done in the
primary language broadcast on the station....

But that was years ago and I've lost a few brain cells since.

Why not just do it during a sweeper outside the legal ID?
