That seemed to be the main concern of the head of the HD Dominion in 
his trade interview. He seemed to be begging stations to pay 
attention to their digital signals.

Both. After several days of scrolling titles with no audio they 
pulled the plug. It cam back several days later. So far I've caught 
four instances where something went wrong for long periods or the 
digital signal was off. Clearly, no one was monitoring.
