I did not see the following post in my digest, so I'm assuming that it did 
not go through so I' m resending it.

Hello:

I need an automated program, either freeware or cheapware, that will 
automagically convert MP2 files to either MP3 or wav files. It HAS to be an aut
omatic 
program; no operator intervention required.
