[BC] Starguides: Going Away

Expecting everyone to have broadband is typical "coastal" thinking. 
On the other hand, Premiere insists that you must have their receiver 
hooked up either to a modem or lan at all times or it will go away. 
Had it disconnected from both for over a month last year while 
remodeling studios. No problem.

Also, "broadband" out here in the boonies is not that reliable. We 
put in cable broadband only to find it next to useless, our DSL 
usually works reasonably well, but can go away for a day or so 
without warning. Not exactly reliable enough for network feeds.
