You do need to make certain that your EAS log contains all of the required information for the entries.  The HollyAnne EAS that I used to deal with did NOT print out all of the required information.  It printed out something similar to "source one", (or was it "channel one"?), instead of printing out "WZZZ"  So, this is NOT sufficient in itself.  My thoughts are that if the log, to which the printout is attached, defines "channel one", along with all the other monitored sources, of course, then the printout would probably be acceptable.
