That's not quite accurate, Chuck.  We only provide the exciters - the =
importer and exporter aren't ours.  They had need of an exciter that was =
ready for HD Radio and we were making one at the time, the agreement is =
beneficial to both companies.  I'd hardly say they were dependent :)
