[BC] Negativity

I was absolutely perplexed once a few years ago when I saw a tower company 
burying
300' of World Tower straight down! Fortunately it was a self supporter so 
they didn't have to
drill in the guy wires as well. There were beacon issues to be resolved, 
however.

Now it's all clear to me.

are such things as negative towers!!! What else can
be so depressing?
