 Actually we are taking it very seriously and doing a lot to cover our
expansion.  We are not totally oblivious to what's going on around us.

	The low levels in Lake Powell are more a result of the limited
snowfall up stream and thus lower levels coming down to refill the lake.  We
are doing much to acquire additional water resources.  Just ask the folks in
the sparsely populated counties north of us where we are buying up water
rights.
	Remember the dam and lake are a California project not a Nevada
project and they have a lot to do with the draw from it.
