[BC] Te st driving transmitters

	Since "Test driving" a transmitter is impractical, the next best
thing is "talk to the guy who owns one".  A company that has a good to great
reputation like Nautel should publish a list of users.  If someone is
contemplating a transmitter buy, they could use the list as references.  The
potential buyer would still have to take the word of the user, but with
enough samples, they could get the right idea.
