[BC] Automation suggestion needed

I would Suggest Simian from BSI. It will do all of that. If you have only 
one satellite input you could use a Windows sound card (Not that they'll 
recommend that) to air and mute the satellite feed. If your just using hard 
times to come and go from the bird you won't need the I/O card but you could 
add it later. It'll play wav, mp2 (If you have the codec) and mp3 files. I 
have one at an LPFM that just runs and runs.
