[BC] Starguide availability ??

What I like is WW1 did the same, some years back they sent letters 
stating that the SGII's were now property of the station, and that the 
station was now responsible for any repairs. Now just in the past few 
weeks I've received letters from WW1 wanting their receivers (the same 
ones they gave to the stations) back.
