[BC] Western Electric Model 304A 1kW ??? 443-A Western Electric

The last WE 1kw was a Doherty. Charles Siebold (?) posted a wondeful picture
of one all lit up several years ago.
Bobby Lambert [RIP] figured out that 833As were very close electrically to
the PA tubes
