[BC] Worst 'engineering' ever seen

The story I heard about that STL was that the STL Antenna on the studio roof
wasn't bolted because the building owner wouldn't allow anything to be
nailed/bolted to the roof and after the antenna blowing over twice, they
gave up.

(Them being the LMA Holder and another individual the LMA holder had)

P.S. The station he owns filed a 2nd 6 monthg STA back on January 4th, 2007
and it hasn't been granted yet!
