[BC] Hard Drive woes

This is why I use only Maxtor. I have never had a whit of trouble exchanging 
a *Rare* failed drive within warranty. They will cross-ship, by putting the 
new drive on your credit card, then reverse the charge when they get the 
returned unit. I can count on one hand the number of times I have had to do thi
s in 
the past 12 years since I started building/upgrading/repairing PC's. Dozens of 
drives later... all but 2 are still up and running, and all are Maxtor. (The 2 
were units that failed within warranty.) No other Maxtors I know have failed 
since or yet! One's going on 12 years! Other drives I have seen have had 
significantly higher failure rates.

Yes, they do. For computer hardware, I have had *stellar* performance & 
support from Newegg.com! Second-to-none.
