[BC] New Jones Receiver

I installed our Jones receiver yesterday with no glitches. We had to
change/add automation, since AP is now a seperate audio out. And, it was
a minor pain cross referencing the old to new relay numbers.

The only glitch is "low RF" alarm. EbNo is 12, but signal strength is 7.
All the other sat receivers on that dish have great signal. Mother Jones
told us "no big deal".

Time will tell....
