[BC] Gates early solid state consoles

Bob Tarsio spoke about his excellent cards for the old Diplomat and  
Executive boards. I have restored a Diplomat and was disappointed to  
see that Broadcast Devices no longer sells those updates.

To the person who commented that these boards had no headroom, I can  
tell how many times I would walk into the studio to see those big VU  
needles pinned but the sound was fine. I felt those boards had  
headroom for days.
