[BC] Call screener software

[Bill Croghan]

	Here in Las Vegas, we avoid having caller ID on our contest lines or
any line that might be used for contests even on our sports talk stations.
The reason, someone might accuse of us fixing contests by dumping known
Prize pigs or waiting for the buddy's number to show up.
