[BC] Call screener software

I'm aware of Neoscreener Kirk, but that is specific to Telos hybrids I
think. I'm talking about software not specific to the hybrids.

PhoneBox is one, but that really requires to interface with hybrids. Its
very good, but a little over the top in terms of features and price for a
lot of small stations.

The Comrex Stac does come with an html-based screener software, but it
doesn't read Caller-ID, and doesn't use a database.

Ours will show who a caller is, where they're from, when they last called
etc before you answer the call. I know its not unique but I think for the
envisaged cost and not being tied to particular hybrids it might be useful.
