[BC] Call screener software

Andy,

Probably the gold standard in this type of software is NeoScreener,
part of NeoWinners from a French firm, NeoGroupe.

Notably, NeoScreener is used at Sirius Satellite Radio for the Howard
Stern Show.

The Telos product, Assistant Producer, does a fine job, but it lacks
sophisticated database manipulation and sorting.

NeoGroupe is quite good at database manipulation. That, plus an
intuitive user interface is why I say it's the "gold standard" in
phone software.

Disclosure: Telos is the distributor of NeoWinners and NeoScreener in the USA.

If you want to offer your own software in this category, you'll want
to find a niche that doesn't appear to be filled by the other
offerings, and fill that. If you don't want to re-invent the wheel,
try working out distribution for NeoGroupe in your area. NeoGroupe's
president, Philippe Halin, is a good guy.

Best!
