[BC] APS-13 Antenna...

This is not the same APS-13 you're thinking of.  This is a FM-DX 
antenna for the FM Band.  I have one and it really works well.  I 
also have a transmitter and a receiver thingy out of an old Military 
Surplus APS-13.
