NO PROBLEM IF THE FCC WOULD GIVE THEM THE POWER TO FEED THEIR ANTENNA AT  155 
DEGREES TO BE THE EQUIVALENT FIELD AT 173 DEGREES>     WHICH WOULD MEAN GOING 
OVER 50 KW INPUT........DUE TO THE RULLES THEY WONT EVEN  COINSIDER THAT....  
OF COURSE THE NIGHTIME SKYWAVE WOULD BE DIFFERENT ON A  155 DEGREE TOWER AS 
COMPARED TO THE 170 DEGREE TOWER. Causing other  problems.
