    Wasn't it supposed to be by 2012? No one knows. One thing which can be 
stated with certainty, the date keeps getting pushed ahead.

  Even Robert J. Struble - yes! -  reportedly voiced disappointment the date 
for analog's much ballyhooed demise was fleeing away further into the future.

   In some reports, Struble, sounding peeved and resigned, conceded stations
