[BC] LMAs - How Far Can They Go?

I think the question's primary intent is to determine if there has been any
willful acts which the applicant had direct command and control of the
decisions surrounding the incident in his/her professional capacity. Not
as an experimenting high schooler.

However, they do permit the applicant to explain the circumstances, etc. so
as to permit the membership committee to better analyze the person's
credentials.
