Where on Sprint/Nextel's site can i do this? I can't seem to find
the  link.


There is a location on the Sprint.com homepage about half way down that allows
you to select the system and text from there.


   Cant  say  if  it  functions  or  not..since  the  merger  I have been
   skeptical about using SMS....could be costly now :-)
