What are the charges for the Nextel and Verizon wireless users?  

I know legacy AT&T Wireless customers had free unlimited incoming text 
messages (both on TDMA and GSM) but since the acquisition/merger with 
Cingular customers can't get a new plan with free incoming messages (IIRC 
they're $0.10/message or something like that) unless they're legacy AT&T 
customers that have just upgraded phones/plans.
