Harris had a wideband 600W, rack-mounted MOS-FET retrofit amp for the 
stock, solid-state IPA modules in the original FM-25K (which were 
channelized, and used bipolars).  But AFAIK, they have never developed or 
offered a solid-state IPA retrofit for the FM-20K.
