[BC] Ramsey fined for selling unauthorized FM transmitters

I've been wondering for a long time when the axe would fall on them. There
are thousands of their transmitters around. A pirates favorite. In fact, I
know of a drive in theatre using one, but are running only a 19 or 20 inch
antenna out of it so it doesnt get out much past the drive in boundary.
