 RAMSEY ELECTRONICS, INC.   Notified Ramsey Electronics, Inc. of its
Apparent Liability for Forfeiture in the amount of $25,000 for marketing
two models of unauthorized FM broadcast transmitters, and two models of
external radio frequency ("RF") power amplifiers ("amplifiers"). Action
by:  Chief, Spectrum Enforcement Division, Enforcement Bureau. Adopted:
